We have established a comprehensive and multi-level spare parts reserve system covering all categories and levels. It not only includes common consumables (such as seals, bearings, etc.), but also covers the core functional modules of the equipment (such as motor controllers, hydraulic valve groups, etc.). All the incoming spare parts must undergo triple quality verification: first, the supplier provides an inspection report upon delivery; second, our quality inspection team conducts sampling performance tests; finally, through compatibility verification during installation, to ensure that their mechanical dimensions and electrical parameters are fully matched with the in-use equipment. Relying on the intelligent warehouse management system (WMS), we have achieved dynamic visual monitoring of inventory, early warning of safety inventory thresholds, and linkage of intelligent replenishment algorithms. When a sudden equipment failure is reported by the customer, we can quickly complete the entire process of spare part location, sorting, and out-of-stock, ensuring that engineers arrive at the site with the precise replacement parts. This efficient response mechanism has reduced the average fault repair time (MTTR) to 60% of the industry average, providing a solid guarantee for continuous production for customers.
