The base mainly produces three, four, and five-axis CNC machining centers, focusing on customized product research and production. The processing business covers high-end manufacturing fields such as aerospace engine blade processing and precision milling of new energy vehicle battery housings. Currently, it has served 420 manufacturing enterprises in 37 countries worldwide, with European customers accounting for up to 62%.
In terms of talent policies, the company enjoys a differential personal income tax subsidy for cross-border talents and successfully introduced a team of machine tool debugging experts with international certifications. The production base has an Italian FAGIMA-certified constant temperature assembly workshop (with a temperature control accuracy of 22 ± 0.5°C), equipped with a high-precision temperature control system. Through the use of API T3 laser tracking instrument to achieve dynamic precision compensation for machine tools, the positioning error is controlled within ≤ 3 μm/m range. The core motion control system is composed of Japanese high-precision rails and German CNC systems, forming a complete precision processing solution.

The production base is equipped with advanced automated production lines, achieving full-process automation from raw material processing to finished product assembly, with a production efficiency increase of up to 50%. Through the deployment of MES intelligent manufacturing management system, it can monitor production progress, equipment operation status, and quality data in real time, ensuring the entire production process is efficient and controllable.
