The M10 three-axis vertical machining center is equipped with high-performance configurations. The X, Y, and Z axes are all equipped with Japanese THK or equivalent linear roller guide rails and precision ball screws. This highly rigid guide rail system has excellent wear resistance and motion stability. Combined with the precision ball screws, it can effectively suppress vibration and thermal deformation. The drive system adopts a direct connection structure with large-torque AC servo motors and is paired with a digital control system. It can not only precisely complete basic processing such as drilling, reaming, and tapping, but also handle complex processes such as contour milling and thread processing. It is particularly suitable for the mass production of small and medium-sized precision parts such as engine cylinder blocks of automobiles, motorcycle crankcase boxes, and aerospace hydraulic valve bodies.
