The M8 three-axis vertical machining center adopts Japanese THK or similar high-rigidity linear roller guide rails, combined with precise ball screws, to ensure smooth and seamless movement in all three axes. The X/Y/Z three axes are equipped with large-torque AC servo motor direct drive systems, paired with full-closed optical encoder feedback control, achieving a repeatability positioning accuracy of ±0.003mm. This equipment can not only complete basic processing such as drilling, reaming, and tapping with high precision, but also perform milling, tapping, and boring operations for complex contours. Its processing range covers various materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium alloy, and is particularly suitable for batch production of small and medium-sized precision parts with strict form and position tolerances, such as engine cylinder blocks of automobiles, crankcase of motorcycles, and aviation hydraulic valve bodies.
