The MATE ONE is a high-performance vertical machining center with a movable worktable, integrating multiple composite machining functions such as milling, boring, drilling (including drilling, reaming, and countersinking), and tapping. This machine tool can be optionally equipped with a variety of advanced configurations, including a full-closed-loop feedback system, a spindle through-coolant device, a robotic tool magazine, an automatic workpiece/tool measuring system, and 4-axis linkage machining capability. It is widely applicable to precision machining fields such as automobile manufacturing, mold processing, aerospace, packaging machinery, and hardware products. The machine tool adopts a gray cast iron integrally cast bed and main structure, with internal reinforcing ribs designed to significantly enhance structural rigidity and shock absorption performance. Its innovative integrated beam-column structure features a stepped cross-sectional design, characterized by large cross-sectional dimensions and a wide guide rail span. Combined with the optimized distance from the spindle center to the Z-axis guide rail surface, it effectively reduces the overturning moment and ensures excellent structural stability. The saddle and ram components adopt thermal stability design technology; the gray cast iron material effectively suppresses thermal deformation, and when combined with precision sliding guide pairs, high-torque servo motors, and a hydraulic double-cylinder balance system, it achieves high-precision motion control. The three-axis feed system is driven by AC servo motors directly connected to ball screws, combined with a fixed pre-stretched support structure at both ends to ensure motion accuracy. The Z-axis is specially equipped with a hydraulic balance system composed of double cylinders and an accumulator, which features both excellent dynamic response characteristics and fast start-stop performance.
