SPIN ARROW is a high-performance moving-column machining center. Its innovative structural design endows the moving column with excellent motion flexibility and stability, enabling it to handle complex processing tasks perfectly. Each axis adopts a precise ball screw and linear guide rail combined transmission system to ensure smooth operation and precise positioning. The spindle integrates an automatic temperature control cooling device and a temperature rise automatic compensation system, ensuring the stability of precision during continuous processing; the advanced oil-air lubrication system, combined with explosion-proof design, significantly enhances the durability of the equipment. The entire machine adopts a fully enclosed protective structure (in compliance with CE standards), equipped with a chain-type chip removal system with oil contamination filtration function and an intelligent central lubrication system (timed and quantitatively oil supply, automatic shutdown in case of faults), significantly simplifying daily maintenance. The slide base adopts a 55 linear rolling guide rail with a 2+2 layout (German INA or similar linear roller guide rail), ensuring the torque-bearing capacity under heavy cutting conditions. The bed is made of HT300 high-grade cast iron material, pre-eliminated stress treatment and reinforced structure design, with a cross-sectional size of 1544×340mm, and the distance between the two guide rails reaches 772mm. The fixed worktable has excellent load capacity, capable of processing large and heavy workpieces and dividing independent processing areas to meet diverse needs. The slide base is made of ductile iron, ensuring the rigidity and strength of the machine structure while ensuring the stability of the spindle during Y-axis feed. The spindle box adopts hardened and coated hard rails support, effectively coping with heavy cutting torque. The column continues the classic reinforced structure design, which has been verified through long-term practice to have excellent structural rigidity.
