The Z-axis adopts a pure ram design, equipped with a linear guide rail and a screw drive system. Each side is supported by double sliders, and combined with the large-section ram structure, it provides reliable guarantees for heavy-duty cutting. For different spindle configurations: when a direct-coupled mechanical spindle is adopted, the ram is equipped with a hydraulic-nitrogen balance system for gravity compensation; if a high-speed electric spindle configuration is selected, it is directly driven by a high-torque motor, which eliminates the gravity compensation system while ensuring excellent dynamic response performance.
