The GX650 5AX is a universal five-axis machining center, specifically designed for high dynamic and complex processing tasks. Its base frame is manufactured using the DMP process (DMP: a new type of mineral castings, currently widely used in the production of high-end machine tools in Europe), a composite material casting with excellent vibration damping performance and high strength characteristics. The machine base is equipped with a dual-mode worktable system, including a fixed worktable and a cradle-type rotating worktable (C+B axes). The column saddle is connected to the base through linear guides, and the X/Y-axis movements are driven by a high-precision ball screw guide system. The Z-axis adopts a slide rail structure and is equipped with an optional power spindle, also using a ball screw transmission mechanism. To optimize dynamic performance, this model features an unbalanced cylinder design, and a safety brake device is configured at the top of the Z-axis ball screw. The machine is also equipped with a column-side-mounted tool magazine, and the working area is designed with a fully enclosed stainless steel protective cover.
